Back to School: 920 Children Enrolled in 2024 Academic Year

GMI's Back to School Program has successfully enrolled 920 out-of-school children in the 2024/2025 academic year, marking a 35% increase from the previous year.

What the Program Provides

Each enrolled child receives:

• Full school fees payment
• School uniform (2 sets)
• Complete set of textbooks and exercise books
• School bag and stationery
• Nutritious school meals through partner schools

Community Impact

The program targets children aged 6-15 who have never attended school or have dropped out due to financial constraints. Special focus is placed on girls' education, with 58% of beneficiaries being female.

Partner Schools

GMI works with 23 partner schools across Nasarawa State to ensure quality education for enrolled children, with regular monitoring visits to track attendance and academic progress.
